What we collect

When you apply through our Careers page, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number if provided, city, and application responses.

We also record limited recruiting data, such as the job board or campaign link that brought you to the site, whether an application was started or completed, and the referring website when it is available. A temporary browser-session identifier connects those steps. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

To limit spam and automated traffic, we convert the network address used for a site interaction into a protected one-way value. The raw address is not stored in the recruiting record.

How we use it

We use applicant information to review applications, communicate about opportunities, operate the partner program, prevent abuse, and understand which recruiting sources are working. We do not sell or rent applicant information.

Who may process it

Kprava may use service providers for website hosting, database storage, security, and business email. They process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect Kprava, our applicants, or other people.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, operations, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely risk-free, so please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in an application response.
